Aaron Wangenheim
Base Partners is led by founder Aaron Wangenheim. Aaron's focus is on strategy and sales. Aaron has 13 years of successful commercial real estate experience, most recently at The Staubach Company. Aaron has advised global clients on technology and office space requirements, acquisition and development.
Jean Ann Krupp
Site selection, design and construction are led by Jean Ann Krupp. As Director of Real Estate for Digital Island from 1999 – 2003, Jean Ann led global teams of architects, engineers, and contractors in the acquisition, design, and construction of 1.5 million square feet of data center and office space throughout the US, Europe, and Asia.
In May 2008 Jean Ann was appointed President of the Northern California 7x24 Chapter.
Aaron Wright
Aaron Wright has more than 12 years of experience in commercial real estate. Aaron's construction and development background has proven instrumental in adding value to projects from the strategic planning phase through building occupancy. He has been involved in over 3 million square feet of real estate transactions. Prior to joining Base Partners, Aaron was a Corporate Managing Director at Studley, and worked in conjunction with Aaron Wangenheim at Staubach Company.
Michael Siteman
With 22 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry, Michael serves as the company’s chief business development and leasing officer. This position allows him to blend experience gained in the fields of advertising, music and commercial real estate brokerage. A Helicopter Pilot and Certified Neuro-Linguistic Programmer, Michael heads the company’s Los Angeles office.
